In response to the Ministry of the Environment’s “Green Lifestyle” initiative, the employee cafeteria at our Toufen plant officially joined the Ministry’s “Eco-Friendly Restaurant/ Green Food ” program in January 2026.
We are starting with employee dining management to promote green living and environmentally friendly actions, gradually integrating these concepts into our daily operations. Key initiatives include:
- Environmental Management: Provide a pleasant, safe, and comfortable dining environment to enhance the quality of employee meals.
- Source Reduction: Eliminate single-use tableware and implement waste sorting and food waste recycling to effectively reduce waste generation.
- Local Sourcing and Food Waste Reduction: Prioritize locally sourced ingredients, implement food waste reduction initiatives and portion control guidelines, and promote the “Clean Plate Campaign” to encourage employees to take only what they need, thereby minimizing food waste.
- Catering Support: Provides meal allowances and complimentary group meals, ensuring both employee welfare and dining convenience.
